Brothers Johnson and Virts present Hartwood Presbyterian Church in Stafford County the SUVCW Certificate of Commendatioun.  The members of Hartwood Presbyterizn gave medical aid to wounded and Ill United States Army Soldiers quartered in their church building during the Civil War, thus saving lives.
